Putty Mixer

Putty Mixer is excellent for mixing of puttles and high viscos0ty material. The discharge is from the bottom Valve. Two shafts run in opposite directlons. The shafts are mounted on bearlng blocks. The blades are fabricated from plates and are clamped onto the shaft for easy malntenance. The fnal drive run through rear gears in an oil bath. The entire machine Is Atted on a sturdy frame fabricated to minlmize vibratlons.

Sigma Kneader

Excellent for kneading and mixing of highly viscous materials like dough, putty, rubber solutions, adhesives, polymers etc. The mixing action s a combination of smearing, stretching, folding, dividing and recombing as the material is processed between the sigma blades and the container walls. Jacket arrangement is provided for heating or cooling application. In bigger models the container is tilted by a hydraulic cylinder to ensure complete discharge of mass.

Edge Runner

For mixing of foundry chemicals, pastes, moulding sand, foundry fiuxes, food colours etc. Excellent where an amount of binder or agglomerate is to be blended into the material. Also used for densification of the mix. The pan is stationery inside which rotate heavy duty mullers / rollers. The heavy wide rollers ride over the material where intensive crushing, shearing and mbxdng acúon takes place. Scrappers and ploughs are provided for directing the mass into the path of the rollers. The machine is also available with granite rolls and pan.

Ball Mill

One of the oldest and safest methods of grinding of a wide range of materials of hardness upto 8 on mohs scale. Can be used for grinding of practically any material wet, dry or sticky.

Conical Blender

Used for smooth and gentle blending of dense powders and abrasive materlal. Thls machlne can handle large volumes and is easlly cleaned. Separately drlven internal lump breakers can be provided for breaking of lumps and agglomerates. The unit conslst of two cylindrlcal cones welded together and fitted with shafts mounted on bearings. The blender is rotated at slow RPM because of whlch the entire mass Is tumbled along the angle of the cone resulting In crls crossing of the material to produce a unlform mlx. Baffles are provided inside the cone for thorough mlxing.

High Speed Emulsifier

High Speed Emulsifiers suitable for Mixing, Dispersing, Homogenizing & Shearing of viscous liquids and pastes used in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Paint & Ink Industry. The unit consists of a centrally located shaft coupled to a flanged type motor mounted on a steel housing. The shaft is provided with a Shear type cowless blade for quick & efficient processing of the material. Tie rods are provided for stability of the unit along with a mounting bracket to suspend the unit.
NOTE : A lifting and lowering stand can be provided at an extra cost.

Paint Filling Machine

Paint Filling machine suitable for filling of 30 Ltrs/min of Paint/ Distemper in Tins or Pouches. The machine is also suitable for filling 1 and 4 Itrs cans. The machine is complete with SS 304 Contact parts 8 an electronic counter, one set of spare ‘O rings. The machine is provided with a S.S. 304, 40 liters capacity hopper for paint. The paint is to be fed / pumped into the hopper after straining if necessary. The machine is driven 0.75 HP, 440 VAC, 3 Phase, and 50 Hz electric motor. The machine is provided with an electronic, two digits and digital preset counter for multi stroke filling. Thus the operator can preset the number of strokes to be filled on the counter enabling the machine to fill quantities upto 99 liters/kgs. Machine stroke can be set at say 1.0 kg per stroke and the counter at 05 strokes. Therefore the machine, once actuated, can fill 5.0 kgs & stop in each cycle.
Accuracy+/-0.5%. Filling capacity / stroke 200 to 1100 cc adjustable. Actuation By foot switch. Overall dimensions 500 mm Wx 600 mm Lx 1500 mm H.

Can Seaming Machine

Frigmaires Can Seaming machines is suitable for seaming cans ranging from 1 Itr Cap to 30 Itrs Cap. The machine is semi Automatic and can seam approx 150/200 Cans per hour.

Gyro Shaker

Machine is useful for blending a variety of paints, plasters, lacquers, spackling compounds, chemicals and many other hard to mix compounds in a very short time say 2-3 minutes. The machine enables effective mixing, uniform blending and homogenous mixing. The machines are maintenance free reliable and guarantees smooth and trouble free operation.

Bail Out Press

These units are used for discharging of high viscosity materials which do not flow by gravity nor are punpable. After mixing of the materials the vessel is brought under the pressing lid and locked into the position. The pressing lid is activated and moved downwards by a hydraulic cylinder. The pressure of the lid on the surface of the material forces the material out from the bottom discharge valve. The discharge can be synchronised wich the filling head of a packing machine
